The Holiday Sing began at UTD 29 years
ago with a simple invitation to the university's
neighbors to visit the campus for a special
event. Since then, the concert has become
a favorite tradition for residents of the
Dallas and Richardson areas.
Featuring the UTD Chamber Singers and
the Symphonic Brass Quintet, under the direction
of Kathryn Evans, this celebration emphasizes
the family-friendly nature of an evening
that will include readings, sing-a-long
Christmas Carols, an unusual rendition of
The Twelve Days of Christmas and a special
visit by Santa Claus.
