Course credit may be established through credit by exam testing programs such as the Advanced Placement Program (AP), the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and the International Baccalaureate (IB).

Transfer Credit

The University accepts only academic post-secondary course work completed with a grade of C or better at regionally accredited institutions of higher education for transfer credit. UT Dallas does not grant credit for nonacademic course work such as vocational, developmental or remedial studies, nor does it grant credit for prior experiential learning.
