Welcome to the Bursar
(Student Financial Services)

The Bursar Office assists students with questions regarding tuition balances, refund information and payment options, including payment plans for tuition and fees.

Dates to Remember

  • The payment deadline for Summer 2012 is May 24, 2012
  • The Bursar's Office will be closed May 28, 2012 for Memorial Day
  • The Bursar's Office will be closed July 4, 2012 for Independence Day
  • The payment deadline for Fall 2012 is July 25, 2012

Important Announcements

  • The Bursar’s office has implemented a virtual line and service will be by appointment only.
    • Students are able to set appointments from any cell phone or land-line phone and will be given an estimated time to head to the Bursar’s office for assistance.
    • Appointments can be made during normal business hours by calling 1-855-883-7537 or text “UT Dallas” to 626-414-3210. Standard Text messaging rates will apply.
    • Students who are close to their estimated wait time should proceed to the 2nd Floor of the Student Services Building and wait for their name or number to be called by a Bursar office cashier.
    • If you experience any major issues with our virtual line service, please contact Rick Grant at 972-883-6296.

Short Term Loan

  • No Money Down
  • Due 60 after Census in Fall/Spring
  • Due 30 days after Census in Summer
  • 1% Fee
  • Sign up on Orion

Three Installments

  • 3 payments due during semester*
  • $25 fee
  • Sign up on EZPay

Monday through Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
