Final Exam Schedule

Final exam dates can be found in the Comet Calendar. Final exam assignments are subject to change.

Beginning spring 2012, final exam assignments will be listed in Orion.
Final examinations are given at the option of the instructors. This schedule provides opportunity for an examination, summary discussion, or any other approach appropriate to the closing of a course for the semester.

How to find your final exam assignment for Spring 2012:

Students:
Log-in to Galaxy
Click 'Orion Student Center', under the 'Orion Self-Service' link
Choose 'Exam Schedule' using the drop down bar for 'other academic'
Select the 'Spring 2012' term
View your final exam assignment
-- Please check Orion the week before finals to verify final exam time and room assignment.

Faculty:
Log-in to Galaxy
Click 'Faculty Center', under the 'Orion Self-Service' link
Choose 'Exam Schedule' using the drop down bar for 'other academic'
Select the 'Spring 2012' term
The 'My Exam Schedule' can be found at the bottom of the 'My Schedule' page
-- Instructors who would like to add, change, or remove the final exam assignment, please e-mail the Office of the Registrar by Census Day of the semester.

Conflicts

Although the schedule is almost free of conflicts, instructors must be prepared to allow alternate examination times when the student is required to take more than one exam at the same time, or where the student is scheduled for more than three (3) examinations in the same day. If the instructor and the student cannot agree on an arranged time for the examination, the Registrar will assist in scheduling the test. Maximum test time is 2 hours and 45 minutes.
