graduation. Please follow the checklist below to a
successful graduation!
The deadline to apply for Spring 2012 Graduation was January 25, 2012.
Read the Taking
Courses Off Campus Policy if you are taking
courses off campus this semester.
The deadline to submit a Graduation RSVP was Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
Order your cap and gown from Herff Jones.*
Get your graduation
announcements from Herff Jones.*
Check your Galaxy account for holds.
Get your commencement tickets.
Read the Commencement
ceremony instructions.
Review the way your name appears on your copy of your graduation application, that is the way it will appear on your diploma.
If you want to make changes, you must e-mail the Graduation Office by March 28, 2012.
Update any changes to your
e-mail or mailing address.
Find out how and when you will receive your graduation
diploma.
Find out if you qualify for the Texas
Tuition Rebate
